Deliveries

At present I only take orders from the UK. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.  The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and size of the order.

For example small parcels will cost £4.95.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are eligible for a full refund or exchange (excluding original postal cost) if returned intact within 26 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage.  Only undamaged items in their original condition are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once the returned item is received and accepted I will process your refund within 5 business days.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
